
David Parrott
David is a theatre-maker, director and performer whose main interests are devised theatre, wrestling and sports performance, and young people’s theatre. His recent project’s for Kitchen Sink include Wrestling With Emotions, Bertie Bear’s Birthday Surprise, Our Fellow and a solo project contribution to the Role of Five project.

Originally from Haslemere, David studied at the University of Chichester on the BA (Hons) Drama, Theatre and Directing course. During his studies David created and directed several short projects and workshops including his original experimental sports-theatre workshop Wrestling With Emotions as part of a workshop residency. Other work includes the short devised project Honey Acerwood based on trauma and children’s stories, as well as Bertie Bear’s Birthday Surprise, a story about inter-generational relationships, which was created in collaboration with Particularly Ridiculously Theatre and performed in schools around Chichester.
